  3. Developing counseling work plans, calendars, and regulations.
  4. Presiding over work meetings on counseling, special education, and the Student Appeals Committee.
  5. Providing professional counseling consultation services and handling applications for subsidy funding.
  6. Managing counseling office data, administering assessments, and compiling and recording statistical information.
  7. Editing and reviewing the Chin Chiao publication and counseling-related materials.
  8. Planning, implementing, and evaluating School Day activities.
  9. Promoting counseling services and establishing resource networks.
  10. Managing the Benevolence Fund.
  11. Handling parent association affairs and volunteer-related matters.
  12. Managing reporting and notification procedures for students receiving special education services.
  13. Coordinating the Tzu Yu Club.
  14. Handling other duties as assigned.
